ALFAKRAFT is an investment company and is licensed by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority to conduct investment business according to the Securities Business Act (1991:981). ALFAKRAFT AB has written procedures for handling customer complaints.
Complaints are defined as customers making a tangible statement of dissatisfaction with ALFAKRAFT's handling of a service or product that is covered by the Securities Business Act (1991:981). Complaints must be submitted in writing to the complaints manager at ALFAKRAFT.
Further guidance on complaint cases may be obtained from the Swedish Consumers' Banking and Finance Bureau, the Swedish Consumers' Insurance Bureau, and/or by contacting a municipal Swedish Consumer Agency. In cases where the complaints are rejected, it is possible to have the dispute reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
